Trauma Therapy for Women

Trauma doesn't always look the way we expect it to.

For many women, trauma isn't just a single event-it can be rooted in past relationships, childhood experiences, or patterns that have developed over time.

You may find yourself overthinking, struggling to trust, feeling emotionally overwhelmed, or repeating patterns in relationships that you don't fully understand.

On the outside, you may appear strong, capable, and put together. But internally, you may feel anxious, disconnected, or unsure of how to feel safe and settled within yourself.

These patterns are often connected to unresolved trauma and experiences where your emotional needs may not have been fully seen, supported, or met.

Your mind and body learn to adapt in order to protect you-but over time, these protective patterns can begin to feel exhausting and limiting.

Healing from trauma involves more than just talking about what happened.

It involves helping your mind and body process those experiences so you can begin to feel more grounded, secure, and at ease in your daily life and relationships.

My approach is warm, supportive, and trauma-informed. I integrate evidence-based therapy such as EMDR, along with brain-body approaches like Brainspotting, to support deeper emotional processing and lasting change.

Together, we work to help you understand your patterns, process past experiences, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels steady, clear, and empowering.

You don't have to continue carrying this on your own.

If you're ready to begin your healing journey, I invite you to reach out.
