I specialize in working with high-achieving women who may appear strong on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in patterns such as overthinking, people-pleasing, and relationship challenges.

Together, we work to understand underlying patterns, process past experiences, and help you feel more grounded, confident, and secure within yourself and your relationships.

In addition to therapy, I provide clinical supervision for social workers who desire support in strengthening their clinical voice, building confidence, and deepening their trauma-informed work.

Counseling for Anxiety

You may find yourself constantly overthinking, feeling on edge, or struggling to relax-even when everything appears fine on the outside.

Many of the women I work with are high-achieving and capable, yet internally experience anxiety, pressure, and emotional overwhelm.

Together, we work to calm your nervous system, reduce overthinking, and help you feel more grounded and at peace. 

Trauma Therapy for Women

Trauma can show up in ways you may not immediately recognize-such as difficulty trusting, people-pleasing, emotional overwhelm, or feeling disconnected in your relationships.

I specialize in helping high-achieving women heal from relationship trauma and childhood wounds that continue to impact how they show up in their lives today.

Through a supportive and somatic-based approach, we work to process these experiences so you can feel more secure, confident, and emotionally free. 

EMDR

EMDR is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain process and heal from distressing experiences and trauma.

In addition to EMDR, I also incorporate Brainspotting, a brain-body approach that supports deeper emotional processing and healing.

These approaches can be especially helpful for women who feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, overthinking, or emotional overwhelm despite having insight and awareness.

Together, we use these methods to help you move beyond simply understanding your experiences and into lasting emotional change.

Brainspotting

You may feel like you understand your patterns and experiences, yet still find yourself reacting in the same ways-overthinking, feeling overwhelmed, or struggling to feel fully at ease within yourself.

This is often because some experiences are not only held in the mind, but also in the body.

It works by identifying specific points in your visual field that connect to where experiences are held in the brain and body, allowing for deeper processing in a way that feels focused and contained. 

Anxiety & Life Transitions Therapy for Women

Life transitions-whether career changes, motherhood, relationship shifts, or personal growth-can bring unexpected emotional challenges.

For high-achieving women, these transitions can also surface deeper patterns such as anxiety, self-doubt, or feeling disconnected from yourself.

Therapy provides a space to process these changes while staying grounded and aligned. 

Supervision

I provide clinical supervision for social workers seeking support in building confidence, deepening clinical skills, and integrating trauma-informed approaches into their work.

My supervision style is supportive, collaborative, and focused on helping you grow both professionally and personally.

Virtual Therapy (Telehealth)

I offer virtual therapy sessions for women located in Alabama, Texas, and Florida, allowing you to access support from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
