Brainspotting Therapy

You may feel like you understand your patterns and experiences, yet still find yourself reacting in the same ways-overthinking, feeling overwhelmed, or struggling to feel fully at ease within yourself.

This is often because some experiences are not only held in the mind, but also in the body.

Brainspotting is a brain-body approach that helps access and process deeper emotional experiences that may feel difficult to reach through traditional talk therapy alone.

It works by identifying specific points in your visual field that connect to where experiences are held in the brain and body, allowing for deeper processing in a way that feels focused and contained.

Brainspotting can be especially helpful for women who:

  • Feel stuck despite having insight and self-awareness
  • Experience anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or difficulty feeling at peace
  • Struggle with patterns such as overthinking, people-pleasing, or feeling disconnected in relationships
  • Have a history of relationship trauma or childhood experiences that continue to impact them

In our work together, Brainspotting is integrated within a supportive, paced, and grounded approach. You are always in control of the process, and we move at a speed that feels safe for you.

This approach allows your mind and body to process experiences in a way that supports deeper emotional release, increased clarity, and a greater sense of internal

You don't have to stay stuck in patterns that no longer serve you.

I often integrate Brainspotting with other somatic approaches, allowing your mind and body to process experiences in a way that feels supportive, grounded, and aligned with your healing.
