I work with high-achieving women who are used to being strong, capable, and the one others rely on-but internally feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them.
Many of the women I support find themselves overthinking, people-pleasing, or feeling disconnected in their relationships, even after doing the work and gaining insight.
This work is deeply meaningful to me because I understand how challenging it can be to hold everything together on the outside while feeling unsettled within.
I'm passionate about helping women return to themselves and experience a sense of peace that isn't dependent on holding everything together.
My approach to therapy is warm, grounded, and focused on helping you move beyond just understanding your experiences to actually feeling different in your day-to-day life.
I specialize in trauma-informed care, supporting women in healing from relationship trauma, childhood wounds, and anxiety. I integrate approaches such as EMDR and Brainspotting to support deeper emotional processing and lasting change.
My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, feel supported, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels steady, clear, and empowering.
